plus weekends in September and October. Where a
guest requests less than a full week, we will
accommodate the request at the Daily Rate. |

In
some suites, extra guests can be accommodated with
rollaway beds provided for an additional charge of
$25/night/guest. |

Deposit. A damage deposit of $200 is required for
multiple suite bookings, or for a first-time pet
guest. |
|
Payment. One-third due at booking; balance due 30
days prior to arrival. Where a suite is booked less
than 30 days prior to occupancy, full payment is due
at booking. Serendipity House accepts VISA and
Mastercard. |
Cleaning Policy. Where the reservation runs a week
or longer, or where there are parties
of 6 or more, we require a cleaning fee of $50. |

Cancellation Policy: Full deposit returned, less a
processing fee of $25, if cancelled more than 30
days before arrival. Deposits on cancellations
within 30 days are subject to the processing fee of
$25, as well as any portion of the stay not
re-booked. |
