Notes

• Cancellation Policy:  Full deposit returned, less a processing fee of $25, if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.  Deposits on cancellations within 30 days are subject to the processing fee of $25, as well as any portion of the stay not re-booked.

• Cleaning Policy.  Where the reservation runs a week or longer, or where there are parties of 6 or more, we require a cleaning fee of $50.

• Deposit.  A damage deposit of $200 is required for multiple suite bookings, or for a first-time pet guest.
• Length of stay.  We require a minimum stay of two nights during peak season.

• Payment.  One-third due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Where a suite is booked less than 30 days prior to occupancy, full payment is due at booking.  
Serendipity House accepts VISA and MasterCard.

• Pet policy.  Pets are welcome subject to a deposit based on their number.  Where a guest’s pet has inconvenienced other guests or neighbors or is observed damaging the property, the guest may be subject to eviction and forfeiture of the pet deposit.

• Seasons.  Peak Season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, plus weekends in September and October.  Non-Peak Season runs from the end of Labor Day to the start of Memorial Day, excluding weekends in September and October.

• Discounts.  Non-Peak Season Daily Rates are discounted 40% off Peak Season.  Weekly rates are discounted 25% off the daily rate throughout the year.  There are no discounts during the July 4 holiday period between Sat., June 27, and Monday, July 5.
