How to join
Becoming a Member of
In the interests of spreading
the cost of operating an alliance on an equitable basis,
membership dues are broken out by category (Active,
Associate, Supportive, and Valuable Resources)
and pro-rated based on the company’s annual gross
revenues.
Active Members are
manufacturers and suppliers that are either making related
components, or targeting the renewable energy industry for new
business.. They have voting rights.
Associate Members are
service providers, such as construction companies, law firms, solar
installers, transportation companies, or wind farm developers.
They have voting rights.
Supportive Members
are potential vendors invited to join in exchange for having
favorable treatment and access to the membership in offering their
services. They do not vote.
Valuable Resources. A category representing nonprofits, government officials, representatives of educational and planning agencies, and individuals who pay no dues in exchange for their contribution of time and effort. They have no voting rights.
In demonstrating value to the membership, where Active and Associate members generate new business from participation in the alliance, they will pay a Finder’s Fee to the alliance.
